Pastillage recipe

Typically used for buildings, covers, furniture, sturdy structures, rigid flat pieces (walls, fences…), architectural details,appliques, plaques, 3D objects.
Qualities: More resistant to humidity than other sugar pastes.
Less flexible, keeps shapes perfectly, dries rock hard and extremely quick.
It’s more difficult to work with pastillage than fondant, gum paste, or marzipan, because pastillage dries so quickly and is very fragile once dry.
